It is my true understanding that everyone has a soul purpose: that special mission that you’re meant to fulfill during this lifetime. But for some, it’s easier to find that purpose than for others. This can be caused by various reasons. One of the most common reasons why women have difficulty with connecting to their Soul Purpose, is because they’re cut off from their intuition. They stop listening to their inner wisdom, and focus on logic and practical stuff instead. Because of that, they pick a corporate career because it looks good on LinkedIn or it’s expected of them by their family. Luckily, there are some things you can do to connect to your intuition and your Soul Purpose. Soul-searching is one of those things. That’s why in this blog, you can find 3 questions for finding your Soul Purpose. Answer them and you’ll be a step closer to knowing your special life’s mission.
3 questions for finding your Soul Purpose
1. What brings you joy?
What gives you joy in life can be a good indicator of what your purpose is. Your purpose can change during time, but what your purpose will always bring you is joy. So, figure out what gives you joy and why. There might be something in those activities, things or interactions that will help you get closer to your purpose.
2. What are you good at?
The thing you are naturally good at can be a sign of your soul purpose. I believe that we were born with our talents for a reason: to use them! Figuring out what you are good at, what your talents are, will lead you in the direction that is meant for you.
3. Where do you feel you can add value?
When looking for your purpose you can ask yourself where do you feel that you can add value. The answer can point you in the direction of your purpose.
I have always felt the need to do something about injustice against animals, people, and the environment. When I was looking for my lives purpose, this interest was something that I started to explore.
I asked myself how I could add value when it comes to cruelty-free living and sustainability. That is how I got into the field of veganism, fair fashion, and conscious living. I started blogging about these topics and with that, I discovered my purpose.
Living consciously gave me a new sense of awareness that helped me heal my youth trauma. That is how I discovered that I want to share this healing power of living consciously with the world. That is how the basic principles of conscious living became a part of my coaching program that will be lounged later this year.
You see, asking yourself where you can add value based on what genuinely drives you, can lead you to your purpose.
